Our work focuses on adolescents and young people, education, skills development and employment (TVET) that improve social integration, social stability and the overall economic development.
We adopt a lifelong learning perspective and cover policy dialogue, improvement of structures and governance through linkages to sector policies such as education, technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), and employment promotion.
NIRAS applies a holistic approach towards employment promotion, gender equality and social inclusion based on the three interrelated pillars of skills development, labour market interventions and private sector development.
