The Asian Development Bank (ADB) received financing toward the cost of EdTech Solutions for Last Mile Schools in COVID-19, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

Qualifications required:
Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least three (3) contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.

The ADB (The Purchaser) invites sealed bids for the Procurement of Goods for EdTech Solutions for Last Mile Schools in COVID-19 (KSTA PHI 54404-001), specifically:

Lot 1 - Supply and Delivery of 3500 Android tablets with Leather Case

Lot 2 - Supply, Delivery and Installation of 21 Wi-Fi Access Point and its Components

Lot 3 - Supply, Delivery and Installation of 21 Solar Power Package and Batteries

Open competitive bidding (national) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Standard Bidding Document (SBD) for Procurement of Goods under Single-Stage: Two-Envelope (June 2018). Bidding procedure is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.

The document will be sent by mail or by hand. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery.

Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for bid submission in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
