At NIRAS Group (UK) Ltd, we believe that transparency is essential to building a fair and inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. This reporting is a key part of our broader commitment to equity, conducted in alignment with both our internal values and EU Pay Transparency standards across the NIRAS Group.
By analysing this data, we can better track our progress and identify meaningful ways to champion gender equality at every level of our business. This focus is central to our Group ESG goals, which are published in our Group Annual Report and drive our efforts to foster a diverse leadership pipeline. In 2025, we reached 26% female representation in management, reflecting the overall gender composition within NIRAS. We are working towards targets of 33% by 2026 and 39% by 2030.
