NIRAS has acquired the British company Integrated Food Projects, which provides independent advice to food and drink businesses. The acquisition strengthens NIRAS’ position within the British and international food and beverage sector and enables them to provide a full range of consulting and engineering services to the industry.
As part of the transaction, NIRAS is also acquiring IFP group subsidiaries SDA Design Consultants, Civil and Structural consultant engineers, which will bolster the businesses UK design capability, along with IFP construction.
The acquisitions of IFP and SDA secure NIRAS a leading position among independent advisors to the food and beverage industry in the United Kingdom.

The IFP group have built a strong client portfolio within the food and beverage sector over the last 20 years and have worked extensively in recent years in the dynamic plant-based sector.
The acquisition provides the IFP management team with the ability to continue to grow the business and deliver on its ambition of developing the business internationally, whilst better supporting our clients with a wider range of services.
