Operational transformation and factory masterplanning are often discussed as separate topics, but in practice they only deliver value when they are properly aligned.

This event is designed to share practical insight, explore what good looks like in practice, and open up honest discussion around the challenges manufacturers are facing today.

The session will be co presented, bringing two expert perspectives and encouraging open conversation and debate throughout as well as being a great networking opportunity.
