South East Asia experience, in the field of agribusiness development (e.g.
SME, Credit), financial management, social development and water sector
services preferably in irrigation and institutional development (e.g.
training and curriculum development).
A minimum of 10 years work experience is required. Experience from projects
funded by the Asian Development Bank will be an asset.
