FEED and feasibility studies

During the preparation of a feasibility study the energy field, park layout, grid connection, visual impact, the environmental impact, soil conditions etc. are to be investigated. This will, among other things, identify risks, analyze the construction and installation processes, elucidate the supply chain reliability and investigate the project’s sustainability.

Through the preparation of the FEED study NIRAS ensures that our customers obtain an early understanding of the costs and contract strategy in the project for different wind farm set-ups. The main results of our studies are the CAPEX, OPEX, ROI figures and risks in the projects.

In close dialogue with the customer we are in the position to provide support and consultancy throughout the project’s development process.
