Do it right!
In building projects – like in all other projects – you need to take lots of issues into consideration. Some of these have to be integrated in project development from the earliest possible stage in order to come up with efficient solutions – i.e. before you make the first decisions at all!
Climate change is such an issue: If you wait too long to consider it, your solutions will be inefficient and expensive – if you do it from the start, you may find very efficient solutions that even make your project cheaper than expected!
The analysis and assessment is not very expensive, so why hesitate?
