As a new employee at NIRAS you will be given many opportunities to upgrade your skills and to develop yourself in the direction that interests you. These opportunities will arise in your daily work with challenging projects, in your cooperation with colleagues and clients and in the form of in-house or external training courses.
We focus on the individual employee’s development and skills both on a day-to-day basis and during our Performance Development Meetings (PDM).
Learning on the job and on projects
We develop best when we take responsibility ourselves for tasks and challenges, and “learning on projects” is an expression that you will often hear as a project manager and specialist at NIRAS.
If you are not afraid of taking responsibility in complex projects, and you are open and seek knowledge from more experienced colleagues, you will soon rise to the challenge and gain your own valuable experience.
We expect you to contribute actively to your own and others’ development and to participate in networks and mentor schemes in which you both learn new competences and draw on your own experiences.
