You are always welcome to contact us if you wish to apply for one of our vacancies, or if you are interested in sending us an unsolicited application.
During a standard recruitment process there are usually 2 interviews at which you will meet your closest superior and a future colleague or HR consultant. The aim of the first interview is to exchange information and get to know one another, allowing us – both you and NIRAS - to assess our interest and whether there is a basis for good collaboration. The second interview focuses more closely on your experience, expectations, interests and, not least, your professional and personal skills.
Balancing expectations
One of the most important things that we must do if we are to ensure good collaboration in the future is to balance mutual expectations. This is the foundation on which our dialogue with you is based and we hope that you will take active part by asking questions, giving us your opinions and telling us about your potential and expectations.
