rolling Municipal Environmental Action Plans for five cities, including
review of by-laws and review or preparation of structure plans for the
towns;

Training and equipment of staff in CDS Nampula, three MICOA Provincial
Directorates and target municipalities;

Support to elaboration and application of training material;

Support to gathering and systematisation and dissemination of
experiences and best practice;

Technical assistance to locally based NGOs and community groups in
order to ensure active in the planning, design, implementation and
maintenance of environmental improvement projects
