Reclamation of land contaminated by munitions-related activity

The objective of this project (EUCLID RTP 14.12) is to conduct a study on practical, safe and cost-effective solutions for the clearance and subsequent reclamation of land contaminated by munitions-related activity, with a focus on Western European countries. NIRAS’s (DEMEX) main role in this project is the development of an integrated management system for the planning, implementation and quality assurance of clearance and reclamation activities, moreover NIRAS is responsible for the overall project management. The project partners are from Denmark, Holland and Germany.
