Protection of camps out-of-area

The objective of this project (EUCLID RTP 3.24) was to develop a new shelter system for military camps, which can be used, for example, in peace-keeping operations. These camps must be quick to set up and must provide adequate protection for soldiers, both against weapon attacks and intruders. NIRAS’ (DEMEX) role was to develop protection for the shelters. The project partners were from Denmark, Norway, Holland, Germany and Turkey.
