Swedish Environmental Code
We conduct permit testing in accordance with Swedish environmental legislation. We draw up EIAs and technical descriptions. We assume responsibility for consultation meetings with authorities and the public. We conduct trial period investigations, periodical inspections, environmental control programmes and risk analyses.
Contaminated buildings and areas
We draw up inventories of environmentally harmful building material ahead of demolition and renovation works. We conduct investigations and risk assessments of polluted land and water areas. We assume responsibility for planning and construction management/control in connection with environmental contract works.
Property transfers and company acquisitions
We map out the environmental risks that a company acquisition or property transfer might involve. We conduct environmental investigations (due diligence) in connection with property and company transfers, and calculate expected environmental costs.
Issues relating to landfill sites and leachate
We have successfully conducted environmental testing of several municipal and industry-owned landfill sites and waste disposal facilities. We plan final coverage works, leachate treatment plants and assume responsibility for construction management and environmental control.
Climate
We calculate key ratios for greenhouse gas emissions (carbon footprints) and develop climate strategies for companies, municipalities and State authorities. We conduct Input-Output analyses that can be used in connection with sustainability reports, green accounting, etc.
