Housing associations create a unique platform that offers good and safe places to live and gives the residents influence through resident democracy. At NIRAS we have a cross-disciplinary working group of experienced consultants who carry out projects for the social housing sector. We create integrated physical and social housing plans, surveys of user satisfaction, green space planning and moving pattern analyses. We are constantly developing new tools for resident democracy.
