Throughout recent years NIRAS has assisted many housing associations in drawing up integrated social housing plans. We have assisted in 12 applications, which have all received considerable financial support from the Danish National Building Fund.
The integrated plans identify and substantiate the challenges and opportunities that exist in a social housing area, and they describe how the challenges are intended to be met in respect of activities as well as organisation and financing.
