NIRAS has established a Business Integrity Management System as an internal
tool to prevent corrupt behaviour and to encourage integrity.
Business Integrity consolidates NIRAS’ ability to observe in practice its
commitment to a Code of Ethics and a Code of Conduct on behalf of all its
stakeholders.
NIRAS’ business integrity policies are documented, implemented,
communicated internally and externally and are publicly available on this
webpage.
The procedures specified conform to generally accepted “best practices” and
emphasise ethical behaviour toward all of the company’s stakeholders:
clients, suppliers, owners, employees and society in general. These
procedures are implemented within a framework similar to NIRAS Quality
Management and comply with the requirements of EN/ISO 9001- Quality
Management standards.
