NIRAS is organised around our customers and the needs of the market. Therefore, the design of our organisation is based on the people who deal with our customers' requirements on a daily basis. Our organisation supports decentralised decision-making and rapid routes of communication that ensure that we can react quickly to opportunities and challenges. Furthermore, the organisation promotes flexible staffing of projects. This ensures that we are always ready with the best possible team.
We are organised into business units. Each unit has the responsibility for a combination of a service and market and is headed by a business unit director in collaboration with an interdisciplinary management team. For each individual project the business units assemble the interdisciplinary teams that best meet the customer's requirements.
Each business unit reports to a director and NIRAS’ general management forum is made up of the team of these directors and the executive board.
